Arena Projects delivered commercial partner management on behalf of our client UEFA at the 4-day UEFA Champions Festival, acting as the production management link between the Festival and Official Champions League Partners producing fan facing activations at the festival.
This included the compilation, coordination and communication of all site and production licensing, logistics, access and build information, as well coordination of all power, internet, plant, waste, legal certifications and security services for the partners across the festival’s 4 Central London sites – Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Somerset House, Southbank and Potters Field Park.
